    Item was to have include a memory module that was missing in shipment. Further, CD was packed only in a plastic "bubble-pack" bag, so the case of the disk was smashed and broken into pieces. The vendor responded with wanting pictures and cited some "Ebay rules" about delivering the memory module they claimed to be selling in the first place. Clearly, this whole effort is a waste of time for a $20 item.

    Avaya phones - well made and still work great

    we needed a replacement AVAYA phone for our existing AVAYA system. This phone worked perfectly. purchased used. works fine. The side bar lets you see who is on the phone and when you press the button it calls their phone for you.
