    I never received my items I ordered, then eBay and the seller told me I had to collect insurance with the post office to get a refund. The post office made it impossible for me to get a refund. They wanted me to fill out almost 20 pages of papers. Papers asking me questions I don't even have answers for. I did not even have the answers to all the questions,only the eBay seller would have them answers I am very very unhappy and displeased with Ebay. I will not ever order anything from eBay again
