Seller did not post for a week told me she had even provided tracking, item not sent seller had to be contacted numerous times to post. Tracking not working on EBay at all. Opened a case as seller kept giving all different excuses none of which added up. Seller became enraged because I opened an item not delivered case & was verbally assaulting me, seller would not stop messaging me and harassing me. Top arrived after 2 weeks smells like cat urine, seller won’t provide label for me to return.

Unreasonable & quite frankly unpleasable. Threatens legal action over "lost" (late) parcel. Claims harassment after refusing attempts to engage in a dialogue to realise a solution. Seller not afforded opportunity to rectify, before several false claims lodged in succession. Seller found not at fault, & buyer successfully defrauded eBay (they refunded). Item never returned, amusing considering buyer left feedback, prior the return request being lodged & accepted. Reeks of a scam (pun intended)
