When he received item, there was a tear in the card and the plastic was dented. Those defects were not in the pictures, and reduces value of item. Contacted seller who stated item was fine when they shipped it. Item was wrapped really well and placed in a sturdy box. I don't see how it could have been damaged in shipping. I collect toys myself so I know the importance of the packaging and clearly pictured all flaws that were on the card. The damage in his picture would have been extremely obvious.The pictures show no damage in the area claimed. The item was opened or not even the same item I had sent. Seller asked for a discount when there was no bidding and is now trying to get money off this item.Follow-up from: a***t- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.I believe they sent a defected item instead of the one advertised.
