The embroidery machine arrived very poorly packaged for shipment. The bottom of the box busted through during shipment & the post office had to tape it back together. The item was noticeably impacted during shipment & arrived with the power cord missing, probably lost when the machine busted through the box during shipment. I tried to contact the seller 2x with no response, he didn't appear to care. I would not purchase something again from this seller, especially if it needed care to ship.
