The product is exactly as described. The seat fits perfectly as a replacement on our 12” pedal glide balance bike and would fit any brand of 12” bike. I had a very delayed shipment, the item got stuck in transit somewhere (not the fault of the seller) but the customer service I received was fantastic. A new product was shipped immediately to me, and the communication was very fast. So I am giving 5 stars for postage time regardless of how long I waited. Would definitely recommend this store.

If I order again I will request they be sent in a box rather than the typical grey plastic bag things from China are usually sent in.
