Instead of it being 11cm (or10.5cm?) as described, it is 7cm which is too narrow to act as a proper pull buoy (I have swum all my life). Contacted seller who offered 30% refund. I will need to buy a different, correctly sized one so I'm not exactly happy. Perhaps he will respond but hasn't after leaving the message a day...

technically this is exactly as listed, but it is tiny !! i clearly didnt check the measurements, but this is about half the size of the standard pull bouy - looks perfect size for a child, definitely fairly useless for an adult
