Seller didn't reply to my two messages about providing the postage cost so that I could complete the sale. I phoned the seller and they could not find any record of my purchase nor could they identify the item that I had purchased. They were very polite and apologetic. They asked me to check the details and ring back. I phoned back and left a message with the receptionist, but I did not get a call back. A very disappointing experience.
