Ordered the part stated in the listing as fitting my vehicle. It didn't fit. Contacted seller, return requested, seller confirmed listing was incorrect. Seller demanded I pay return postage which would be deducted from my refund, and then waited for multiple reminds from eBay to refund. Charged $24.79 for the refund postage when postage to me was only $7.90. I do not have the correct part, and I'm out of pocket nearly $25.00 for the experience. Probably not a good idea to deal with this seller

The seller sent the wrong item and then would not resend the correct item until they received proof that the incorrect item had been sent back to them. While communication was good, there was clearly a lack of trust and their priority was themselves and not the customers, even though it was their issue. A somewhat disappointing service with a positive outcome in the end.
