    Sorry for your disappointment but after reading some negative comments on the headphones, I have opened one of the two boxes I had and I could not charge them or pair them with my phone. I canceled the order and checked the other and it was the same so I did leave the reason that item was "unavailable or broken".

    I have already contacted seller and seller messaged me refusing to help in any way. Package arrived very dmanaged. Lithograph was bent in two places and torn in one corner. Seller insists packaging was good, but it was not. It consisted of re-used cardboard and tape. There was nothing between the cardboard and the lithograph to portect it. I mmight add that the delay in shipping and the actual shipping time was unacceptable. The cost of shipping is also excessive. I am not at all happy.

    As unfortunate as it is, the parcel was mistreated during shipment via the only shipment available for international buyers ie GSP. The GSP also sets up the shipping costs which are beyond my control. The buyer did not request insurance so I cannot take responsibility for the parcel's state. The lithograph was packed as required and as I was doing before for many other parcels.
