THE BAD: I ordered a rim for my truck and the rim I received was in very rough shape, which was not shown in the pictures or mentioned in the description. THE GOOD: I reached out to the seller and he apologized, offered a full refund, and allowed me to keep the rim. He was quick to respond, and made sure I was satisfied.
