They claimed it was due to a courier issue, but Iβm not so sure. Then the product i did eventually receive was the wrong colour to what I had ordered. They didnβt warn me or give me the option to say if I still wanted it. Doesnβt seem like a great way to be running a business. Basically no communication and very unprofessional.
