Sadly a useless item - it doesn't do what it says it will - it doesn't cut the shell. it might be that our eggs are too large, but it hardly makes an indentation and certainly doesnt cut the top off. I would return if I didn't need to buy a label to return to China!

Positive review for seller, BUT, SADLY..... this item was not delivered. as expected, EVRI, the carrier they used, STOLE this item. despite a great many angry messages to the carrier, nothing was delivered. despite it being impossible to lose a parcel which is why i say it was STOLEN. i will NEVER voluntarily use EVRI / HERMES as they are thieves. the seller kindly refunded the price of this item but it doesn't make up for the poor choice of carrier.
