Good budget item.
I soldered some Van Damme speaker cable into four of these. It's the size of cable that van damme say fits jack plugs. It was extremely difficult. At one point I had to pull the plug apart with pliers and gripped the pin. It buckled easily so I had to write off that one. I found that I had to discard the flexible end part to get it to work. The placing has to be very precise or no go. Eventually I got two cables done. I insulated the live with heatshrink. It looks a bit fragile and is flexible so I was worried it will break off. If you use these plugs for standard audio cable no doubt you'll have a better experience, but take your time over the job. I soldered some Van Damme speaker cable into four of these. Promised so much, very poor quality
I used lightweight low loss cable to use these as interconnects on my pedal board and desk. The strain relief doesn't clamp down on the cable, which means the shaft of the plug rattles in the body, it does not tighten up, I presume it relies on the cable sheath providing the tension for that. When I push them into the jack sockets they feel like they're not a very good fit. To be honest, I normally use Neutrix jack plugs, I wish I'd spent the extra and bought some of those. Easy fix for a bad connector
My old lead had a bad jack on one end - got this and now it’s all good. You do need to solder it on so make sure you’ve got the kit to do that.

Awful design, try other brands
This jack plug has no strain relief function and is very poor in quality. The jack plug section is only held in place by the cable interference fitting inside the sheath. They fall to pieces in use. Buy a different brand.
