As described. These shoes are super well made, they are extremely comfortable. They are so quiet to walk in- I could easily sneak up behind someone- they wouldn’t hear me. They arrived super quickly and have great support for easing pain in feet or posture. My problem is with my back. I have excruciating pain every single day. The shoes make me stand up nicely. I love how the sole is bigger so that I can walk on wet grass without getting feet wet at all. They really made my day when I got them.

Got the shoes super happy until I took my dogs for a walk and as I was stepping up the gutter, my foot slipped slightly sideways inside them and the whole shoe rolled over causing my ankle to roll as well. There is no support in them at all. The mesh is too stretchy and doesn't support feet. I doubt I'd get a refund as I've worn them so that's why neutral

Sorry to hear the shoes were not to your liking. Shoes have different levels of support and can feel and work differently on one foot to another. This style has an arch support insole and Scholl's orthaheel stability system. But a stretchy fabric upper slip on shoe will never have the same lateral support as a rigid leather lace up shoe does.
