It is sent neatly folded in a bag and is easy to shake out, creases fall out fairly quickly. This means that it is handy to put into your pocket or bag when not required. The hat is not suitable for larger heads. The seller is friendly and helpful and I would buy from them again.

Either way I received the items far to late to use it for its intended purpose (concert). To return it would cost me an addition $15+ postage. Seller offered a $10 refund for my trouble. They tried (hence the positive feedback) ; however, I now have $60 of items that I have no use for, not a positive experience. ☹
