***BUYER BE AWARE*** DISHONEST Seller. The item descriptions DO NOT MATCH with what you actually receive! What you receive is a low quality piece of JUNK, sorry excuse of a tree. The seller will not respond to your emails and they will not refund you. EBAY will not help either, so your best bet is to contact your CREDIT CARD company and file a claim! This is the worst experience I have ever had on EBAY since I joined in 2008. WORST EBAY SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!

I expect a full refund, as this item was purchased 11 days ago. I just called UPS and they stated the package was NEVER dropped off. nearly-natural is a fraudulent business. Don't walk away - RUN!
