    Leider enttäuschend Die gelieferte Abdeckung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung – statt einer T8-Röhre erhielt ich eine 25-Watt-Kerzenbirne. Beim Rückversand habe ich versehentlich die Kerzenbirne nicht mitgeschickt. Daraufhin erhielt ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 24,95 € für die komplette Bestellung, zusätzlich musste ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen. Der Kundenservice war leider wenig entgegenkommend und nicht besonders freundlich. Aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

    Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Leider wurde der Artikel nicht vollständig zurückgesendet – das mitgelieferte Leuchtmittel fehlte, wodurch die Rücksendung nicht dem Originalzustand entsprach. Dies ist für eine vollständige Rückerstattung jedoch Voraussetzung, wie auch in den Rückgabebedingungen angegeben. Sollten Sie das fehlende Leuchtmittel nachreichen, prüfen wir die Rückabwicklung gern erneut.
