I contacted the seller multiple times who suggested I keep them and he would refund 20%, but they are unusable, so not an option. He assured me repeatedly he would deal with the matter when he received the item. I returned the item two+ weeks ago, he has refunded neither item nor postage. He has defrauded me of £10.44
