Mercedes Benz M278 Engine Oil Filter Elements
These are the exact filters sold by Mercedes Benz in their packaging and also the filter installed at the factory in the M278 engines. When I removed the original filter element from my 2015 S550 it was a Purflux L394. When I bought a new replacement filter from Mercedes Benz parts, inside the box was again the Purflux L394. This is the proper filter at a very good price, about half of what dealers sell it for. This provider was excellent also with responsiveness and great shipping, I recommend them for whatever they sell. Ed K.
