Item was a lunch bag with a shoulder strap which was delivered without the shoulder strap. I have asked and asked them to send me the strap to complete my order and they have offered me some refund but I like the bag and need the strap as I have bad wrists. They have told me after numerous messages they are unable to complete the order and send it on to me. This is very unsatisfactory and had I have known I would have ordered this product from another seller. Terrible service.
