A Very Useful Tool
This exceptionally rugged watch is quite readable in the dark. Know that the tritium vials will start to fade after about 10 years or so and once the watch needs service, many watchmakers will not work on a Marathon. Still, it's a great piece of gear...

This is a great watch....manufactured in Switzerland with tritium tube illumination. The 25 jewel automatic movement used is made by Eta and can be overhauled by any competent watchmaker when the need arises many years down the road. Be sure and purchase from an authorized retailer such as "windycitywatchcollector" to take advantage of Marathon's 2-year warranty and to avoid nasty surprises.
