The item had some issues (burned out LEDs, you have to trigger all outputs to see this), contacted the seller, the seller was quick to offer support. Communication was excellent, we were able to work out a deal due to the issue (didn't fix the LEDs, all other functions worked fine, but the seller did compensate me). The packaging was great (tons of bubble wrap) and quick shipping! Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and I look forward to doing business with you again!
