Item arrived with minor defect to casing. Item didn't perform as expected, write speeds to the drive were below standard and expectation. Some writing operations actually failed. Supplier offered some troubleshooting tips to no avail. Requested a full refund and/or replacement, supplier only offered a partial refund, which, after some discussion I i felt I had no other option but to accept. I now have a drive that will probably be of no use to me.
