Life on the Other Side by Sylvia Browne
Sylvia Browne has the spiritual experiences to back up her book. What good is there to write a book about the hereafter if it is only speculation? What Sylvia Browne shares with us comes from her own experience. She has the gift of "knowing". In the past 35 years I have had many of these experiences and Sylvia acts has a guide to confirm once again that there is indeed "Life after Life". I still have not gone to the "Hall of Records", "The Scanning Machine" or other places that Sylvia has explained and had drawn for this book but I intend to investigate this further. There is no rush, life is eternal and "Today is the first day of the rest of my life". Re-Incarnation is still a problem for me, so the reason for 4 stars in this review. I don't want to live my life over and over on this ... Sylvia Browne has the spiritual experiences to back up her book. When I experienced my near-death experience I was given the choice to return and only than was I able to get off the couch, tend to my [...] daughter and try to make the best of my time left here on earth. I made the judgment on my life up to that point and chose to return to make things better for my family and ultimately for all that I would encounter. This is not an easy task and I have failed many times to love the way Christ has taught us to love. But I pick up my mat daily and move on. That is how I will continue to grow spiritually on this journey called "life". This book is deceitful
Sylvia Browne has come up with fantasy and managed to pawn it off on alot of uninformed people as truth. She quotes the Bible, but totally twists the meaning of what the Bible says. She does not believe that Jesus died on the cross so that we can have eternal life. She is a pyschic and the Bible clearly states to stay away from pyschics and mediums. Her so called spirit guide is actually a demon. She mixes a little truth with alot of falsehood and outright lies. She believes in re-incarnation, which the Bible does not teach. A book that exposes the New Age, that I recommend is by Johanna Michaelsen. Her book "The beautiful Side of Evil and "Like Lambs to the Slaughter", expose alot of these lies. I pray for Slvia Browne, because I know God loves her and everyone, but He doesn't want any ... Life on The Other Side
Life on the Other Side is a very comforting book (of which I have given to many friends) for those who may be leaving this world or for the bereaved. It is the "tourist guide" for what we call heaven. I bought my first copy because I had read one of Sylvia's other books and was curious about this one. I love the way she writes--it's like having a friend sit down and talk to you. The book made me a believer in Sylvia's Gnostic religion.Life on the Other Side is a very comforting book (of which I have given to many friends) for those who may be leaving this world or for the bereaved.
