Issue with Royal Mail who charged customer £3.40 when they shouldn't. Customer informed us of the charge and asked for a refund via PayPal which was no problem but we needed the PayPal information. Messaged the customer asking for PayPal information but they didn't reply. They then left negative feedback saying we ignored them which is untrue. Have since sent two further messages asking for PayPal information but the customer has not responded.
