Have messaged seller even sending a picture of the key ring as it is tainted and old for them to say that I have mixed the order as it is not there’s. It most certainly is there’s and it was to be a birthday present for my partner from our angel babies that we have just lost. Quite upset to be honest with you. Will not be using again

All components are 100% new. We use around 4000 keyrings every month from the same supplier as the last 16 years, we have never sold a 'used' item.
I can't see any rust on the keyring in the photo.
The colour description for Antique Silver is 'a bright metallic tone with subtle copper-bronze undertones'. Is this what the buyer describes as 'rust'?
We offer a full returns policy but The buyer has not returned the item. They prefer to try to get a refund.
