  • Build Your Own Humanoid Robots (2004)--- reference book

I bought this book a week ago and am very disappointed with the information provided . It is not something I am looking for and was misled by the AD. I was expecting I can build something within an affordable budget. It turned out in order to do these projects, they require a lot of tools, skills, expensive materials. Most of all the end products are not useful and are something you don't want to throw away because they are expensive and will end up in the garage taking up valuable spaces and collecting dust. I do not recommend to spend the money and own this book because the information may be outdated and most probably you can borrow it from the library if one is interested.

  • Not for novice

I recommend this for some one who has previous skills building electromechanical devices.

  • Fun and do-able

I have found that this book is an excellent place to begin a journey into robot building. The instructions are simple and complete. All the needed information is supplied. You are not left having to guess about robot construction. It's all there.
