So disappointed with product as it certainly does not math the description and size as depicted in the promo images. As you will notice from the image our delivered cushion measures a mere 26 - 28 CM as opposed to the promo image showing it is 40 x 40cm and it certainly does look as big where the model is holding it. Not the product expected.

You purchased a 30cm * 30cm, so what I sent you is also 30cm * 30cm. Moreover, due to different measuring tools and other reasons, there may be a 2-3cm error in manual measurement.
