Seller didn't pack the item very well I have pictures to prove it and the item arrived damage even though it was in the original box it wasn't packed the original way and it was subpar therefore the item was damaged I will be able to use it because I can repair it so I'm leaving a neutral review order your own risk maybe you should ask the seller to ship and pack it very well
