There were two cravats labeled “Bronze” to choose from; one a lighter colour like champagne, the other darker. I ordered the lighter one but received the darker one (not a monitor issue as I was told - it was a different colour, an orange-gold). I was offered a refund if I returned it. I was told to re-wrap it and ‘return to sender’. I had thrown out the wrapping so would have to wrap it and pay return postage for a $14 cravat. Useless customer service. I’d avoid this seller.
