    Did`nt help to lose weight

    I can only speak from experience but i`m 65 yr old male, i have really really cut my intake down ,i have taken some 120 tablets ( 2x tablets 3 times a day for the last three weeks or so, and prior to that i took 1 litre of liquid apple cider vinegar over two weeks , And in my case i didnt lose a bloody pound , best of luck

    I absolutely love these capsules. Second time I have bought them. Delivery is always really quick. Since using these capsules they have had so many benefits.     At last

    At last these actually work plus I’ve eaten as normal sometimes only wanted half my tea but still ate after six thirty either a muller light yogurt / fruit Then half a packet of sweet then ice cream cone at eight o’clock. My face lit up when I had lost FOUR pounds in two weeks well pleased thank you I’ll be ordering more soon xx
