Paid on the 10th. On the 19th hasn’t even shipped. I’ve attempted to contact the seller 3 times with no response. As he’s listed delivery as the 20th I can’t yet cancel, file a complaint, or submit a refund request. I ordered this as a birthday present and am now stuck scrambling to find something else. I understand things happen sometimes, but to not even bother to contact me with an update, explanation, or apology is poor service. Certainly not living up to the promise in his profile.
