This item is not at all what I expected. I’ve always heard about people that have bought pictures of PlayStation 5 being fully justified because they didn’t read the description. This seller CLEARLY knows what they’re doing hence the elaborate description. I take full responsibility for the fact that I didn’t read the description, that’s on me. May I ask what you thought you were buying? The book is clearly represented in the photos and the information listed is directly from the ISBN code. I have sold many of these from the same listing you bought from with no issues. I also gave you a full refund. I am Confused by your response?

The item is new as described, but when you check the photos and tags it's a US size 32H (UK size 32K). I'm not sure why both sizes weren't listed. Fantasie is a European company, and I've only ever ordered in UK sizes. Bottom line, it didn't fit but I was allowed a prompt return minus shipping costs. Live and learn. (Rating: Nothing wrong with the transaction, but I deducted a point from communication due to confusion created by the listing.)
