The iMac is a beautiful PC and this one, which is a 2017 model, was exactly as described, it was unused, effectively brand new, supplied in the original packaging. I am extremely pleased with the product and the seamless purchase. I had a slight problem with the magic mouse but the seller replaced this with a new one with absolutely no quibble.
