I. Procedimiento de devolución

Todos los productos comprados en nuestra tienda eBay podrán ser devueltos y reembolsados, siempre que el Cliente comunique a LA EMPRESA su intención de devolver el/los producto/s adquirido/s dentro de un plazo máximo de hasta 30 días naturales contados desde la fecha de entrega y que se cumplan el resto de las condiciones establecidas en este apartado.

LA EMPRESA sólo aceptará devoluciones que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:

1.- El producto debe estar en el mismo estado en que se entregó y deberá conservar su embalaje y etiquetado original.

2.- El envío para la devolución debe hacerse usando su envoltorio adecuado con el fin que el producto llegue a nuestros almacenes con la máxima garantía posible.

Con el objetivo de facilitar a los Clientes el proceso de devolución y poder hacer un correcto seguimiento de la misma, LA EMPRESA establece como único procedimiento de devolución el establecido por LA EMPRESA. Si el motivo de la devolución es imputable a LA EMPRESA (el producto es defectuoso, no es el que tú habías pedido, etc.), el importe de la devolución será reembolsado. Si el motivo es otro (los productos se sirvieron correctamente pero no son de tu agrado), el coste de los gastos de devolución serán a cargo del Cliente.

Para proceder con una devolución, se deben seguir los siguientes pasos:

1.- Informar antes de 14 días naturales desde su recepción que quiere realizar la devolución del/de los producto/s. La información podrá realizarse vía mensaje interno de eBay.

2.- LA EMPRESA informará al cliente de la dirección a la que debe enviar el/los producto/s.

3.- El cliente debe enviarlo mediante una empresa de mensajería a nuestra elección. La devolución debe pagarla el cliente.

4.- Enviar a LA EMPRESA un justificante de envío.

II. Reembolsos al Cliente

La devolución de los productos dará lugar a un reembolso igual al coste de los productos devueltos menos el coste del servicio de devolución.

Únicamente en el caso de que el producto entregado sea defectuoso o incorrecto, LA EMPRESA reembolsará también al Cliente los gastos de envío de retorno correspondientes.

El plazo de reembolso total o parcial será efectivo en un plazo máximo de 7 días hábiles.

El procedimiento de reembolso siempre se hará por el mismo medio como lo pagó el Cliente.

Artículo ha llegado muy tarde (envio a Baleares) pero se retrasaba tanto que abrí caso por articulo no recibido. Un día después llegó: La batería no era original como dice en la descripción. El vendedor me comentaba de que se trata de un "error serigráfico" ofreciendo 2,50 € de descuento. Tras insistir en la devolución me indica cerrar el caso de no recibido para tramitar la devolución y a partir de allí silencio total. Ojo: baterías no están cubiertas por la protección de eBay.
