The item was exactly how it was pictured. It was delivered perfectly packaged and with no issues. Shipping was delayed but not at fault of the seller. My child strummed the guitar a few times and it partially broke, again not at fault of the seller. Again no fault of the seller whatsoever just a poor quality item.
