It's a professional print of the public PDF report, not OCR interpreted. The full-page format makes it easier to peruse than on a Kindle or the mass paperback printing. If you want the facts with no political spin this is a good deal. It should be required reading a good case study for avoiding problems in the future if Congress would act even on Part I. Not trying to change minds but you cannot rely on any news outlet or pollster to do the interpretation for you. Turn off the TV and do the reading for the real story.
