Not the best experience. Communication is lacking, I contacted them before opening a return request. The seller offered either a $5 discount or to open a return request, and then I was forced to ask eBay to step in, since they did not respond to the return request at all. The item was listed as new, wrapped in plastic like it was, but had an incredibly strong smell of a dead decomposing animal on the inside. I would exercise some caution before ordering from this store.
