Purchased two necklaces. Necklace lengths differ from standard lengths. Spacing of letters could be better. Delivery was delayed as item location was not Sydney as advertised on Ebay, but rather China. Tracking was inaccurate due to the fact that the seller had used two different courier companies from China "to keep costs low" rather than auspost as advertised on the item description. Does not reply in a reasonable time frame.
