This one is working exactly how I wanted. The waste drops down through the grate, keeps the bedding and food area clean and so far I have found it deals with the odour better too. The rabbit seems pretty happy with the different levels too. I have placed some synthetic grass patches on each level as they are slippery. Overall happy with the value and product.

Thankfully it was only 2 doors up, and they were not home so it was only sitting near their front verandah and I was able to retrieve it. Have had nothing but trouble with that courier company, I strongly suggest you switch. Other than that, product is good, easy to put together and sturdy. My little critters are very happy with their new home
