The only communication and explanation came at the time of the refund: "Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address." There is nothing wrong with my address—I have ordered hundreds of items from eBay without any issues. This seller may not actually stock their items but instead orders them only after receiving an eBay order. My customer got angry at me for waiting for this product for nothing. No good!
