Seller sent second hand batteries in packaging that had been opened and resealed with cello tape and a staple. Sent seller a message with photos to offer opportunity to provide a solution as the batteries were advertised as new, in unopened package. Seller did not respond to my message. Batteries were tested dead. Would not recommend this seller.
