I am disappointed with the lack of response from the seller to my three inquiries regarding the electric fan I purchased on January 27, 2024. The packaging malfunctioned, leaving the front and back guards inseparable, as shown in the attached photo.
Attempting to unlock the side lock resulted in injury to my thumb. I've reached out twice via eBay messages with no response from the seller.
I urgently need guidance on separating the guards or request assistance in installation.
