Dear Customer, we use UPS Ground services and clearly explained in our listing that we have to charge extra for P.O. Boxes because only the post office has the key which charges double for the shipping fee!!! You were aware of the extra fee before ordering the product and there was no surprise at all. your order was $40 and the shipping fee with the post office was $38! we contacted you to either allow us to cancel the order or ship it with your extra payment.
