Movie wasn’t in what I would have considered completely sealed. The pictures did not represent the item being bought 100%. I would have liked the imperfections disclosed. Still a great item but serious collectors are picky. Most of the time it’s fine as long as you are up front and disclose all potential issues. Seller never responded to my message either. No expecting a refund or exchange but acknowledging a message shows professionalism. All good.
