I ve revised this feedback to positive. The issue was dealt with properly and with excellent customer service. The problem was caused during transit and the replacement was send out in fast time, I can honestly say this is a top quality company doing a brilliant job, 5 stars out of 5 from me, thank you and I would certainly shop with you again in the future.

After leaving my negative feedback I was contacted by Northwood Computer Services, they said they were sure the item left them in good working order and may have been damaged in transit causing the poor quality printouts, they were extremely helpful and once I'd set them a photo of the print quality, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be send to me, the replacements works absolutely fine, I can only say now what a great company with excellent customer services, 5 stars out of 5 !!

Item is good as new tbh.
Did have minor delivery issue (not seller s fault, but the courier s). This was quickly rectified by the seller however.
Thereafter, fast to respond to some queries I had around connecting the printer to my network. Responsive and positive at all times. Never needed to wait more than a few hours for email response to some questions I had around printer functionality.
Clearly very centred around customer satisfaction - take great care in ensuring the item met my needs.
