I had a Thirty-One flat iron case that I absolutely loved. When it was time to replace it, I came to eBay hoping to find an exact replacement. Unfortunately the quality of this flat iron case was not the same as my original one and I was extremely disappointed. It almost seemed handmade. Very cheap and flimsy. It was nothing like the one I had previously. Since there are no returns, I am left here giving true feedback.

Just like to reply to this feedback. Disappointed buyer didn’t even reach out to me with a complaint and went right to negative feedback. Did not offer me the opportunity to resolve the situation if they were unhappy. No return policy clearly stated in listing should not purchase if you wanted a return option. I am not responsible for the quality of the manufactured product. Listed it including the manufacturer tag.
