Accurate description, very good packaging, safe delivery. Super seller.
However, eBay/Paypal charged VAT on checkout, stating that "we remit this VAT payment to the Norwegian government for you". But on collecting the parcel the Post office charged VAT again, to the effect that I had to pay more than double VAT. This cannot be right, but eBay make it difficult to remedie.
