This vendor does not support the client after sale. I bought a handset that came without any charger or cable to charge. I understood that it was not included in the order, that is OK, but later when I asked for help to BUY the charger/ cable vendor responded that they are plenty of them on ebay/ internet without telling me which one to buy. I don't know whether or not the hadnset is working as I have not been able to charge the battery terrible customer service
